Terms of use,
in plain English.
The rules for using this website, short enough to actually read. The terms for commissioning furniture, the part with money in it, are agreed separately and in writing when you order.
Last updated 27 August 2026
These terms cover the website at bespokebedroom.co.uk. Using the site means using it on these terms, and they are deliberately written to be understood first time. They do not govern the making of your furniture: that is agreed in a written quotation and order, with its own terms, before any work begins.
Who we are.
Bespoke Bedrooms is a trading name of Posh Design, Birmingham, Company No. 13119106. We design, make and fit bespoke wardrobes, bedroom furniture and media walls from our own workshop. Contact details are on the contact page and at the foot of every page.
Using the site.
The site is here for you to browse the work, plan a room and talk to us. Use it lawfully and normally: do not attempt to break it, probe it, overload it, scrape it wholesale, or harvest details about anyone from it. That is all we ask.
Guide prices are guides.
Every number on this site is honest and grounded in real commissions, and none of it is a quotation. The pricing page, both calculators and the Journal describe what work like this tends to cost. Bespoke furniture is priced from your room, your drawings and your specification, so the only figures that bind either of us are the ones in a written quotation from the studio.
Market figures in the Journal, such as house price effects or high street comparisons, were checked against the sources named beside them when the piece was written. Markets move, so treat those figures as a snapshot from their date, not a live feed.
Enquiries and commissions.
Sending an enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing: it starts a conversation, not a contract. A contract for furniture exists only once you accept a written quotation and we confirm your order in writing. Those order papers set out the price, the specification, the payment terms and the 10-year guarantee, and they are the document to hold us to.
Nothing on this site and nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights as a consumer. If a line here ever conflicted with consumer law, the law wins.
Our work, in pictures and words.
The photographs, films, drawings and text on this site are the studio’s, or are used with permission, and the rooms in them are our work in real homes. Share them freely as a person: link, save, pin, show your builder. Do not republish them commercially, use them to sell something else, or pass the work off as your own, without written permission from the studio.
Review quotations are reproduced as their authors published them on Google or Trustpilot.
Other people’s sites.
Links that leave this site, for example to Google, WhatsApp or a publication, go to platforms we do not control. Their content and their policies are theirs, not ours.
The site itself.
We keep this site accurate with unusual care, because straight answers are the point of it. Even so, it is general guidance offered in good faith, not a survey of your home and not a substitute for a written quotation. We may change, move or retire pages, and we do not promise the site will never be down. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
We do not exclude anything the law says cannot be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on the website alone where a written quotation or a survey was the right instrument, or by matters outside our reasonable control, such as your device or connection.
The law that applies.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the benefit of the consumer protections and courts your local law gives you.
