Does the design visit cost anything?
No. The visit, the measuring and the first design conversation are free, with no obligation. You get a real range on that first visit, not a number designed to get us through the door.
Will I get chased with sales calls?
No. A designer replies once, properly, within one working day. If you want to talk after that, you come to us. We do not run follow-up call lists, and your details go nowhere else.
What does a bespoke room cost?
It depends on size, materials and the interior fit-out, which is why we will not invent a number on a website. The cost guide shows what genuinely moves the price, and the first visit ends with a real range.
How far do you travel?
Birmingham and the Midlands are our doorstep. We are in London and the Home Counties regularly, and take on Manchester and North West projects by arrangement. The postcode question gives you a straight answer for your area.
What if you are not right for my room?
We say so at the start, not three weeks in. If the room, the budget and our work do not line up, you will hear that in the first reply, with a straight reason why.
